Make the most of a smoothie by incorporating a balance of 🍠carbohydrates, 🥜protein, and 🥥plant-based healthy fats. Limiting fruit to 1/2 cup per serving can support balanced blood sugar, which will help your smoothie carry you through lunch. 🫐

1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
